Stripe's payment processing fees are charged by Stripe and shown separately from the platform commission. Annual plans are billed once a year.
Beyond booking and payment, the Swiss specifics: pricing in CHF, Swiss VAT on your invoices, processing under the revised Swiss Data Protection Act, and payouts to a Swiss bank account. Roundwork covers those, while most international scheduling tools leave VAT and data protection to you.
No. Your Roundwork coach page is a public page with your offers and a booking flow. If you already have a website, keep it and link to your Roundwork page for booking.
You do. Payments run through Stripe Connect into your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank account. The platform commission and Stripe processing fee are deducted transparently and shown separately.
Yes. Alongside one-to-one sessions you can offer on-site appointments and group formats with a seat limit per session, all through the same booking and payment flow.
You can request access to your data or delete your account at any time. On deletion, personal data is removed; records Swiss law requires us to keep for tax purposes are retained for the statutory period with identifiers minimised.
The AI setup drafts your page, offers and formats from a short description of your practice, so what is left is editing rather than building. Connecting Stripe is a separate step and requires identity verification by Stripe.
